Our retreats are a way of sharing what I have learned over the past 15 years.

Aged 30, with two small children, I realised that I was working far too many hours in a job that left me no time to look after myself. I was feeling stressed and overwhelmed with my responsibilities and with an uncertain future as a single mum.

I studied life coaching as a way of gaining some clarity on what I wanted from life, and then I realised that there were some deeper feelings that were holding me back from living the life I dreamed of. A life-changing three years later, with a degree behind me, I began to look to the future with hope.

My career as a counsellor over the past 10 years has been a privilege. I have met so many amazing people, who have shown me time after time, that we are all capable of great change.

A couple of years ago, I realised that my yoga practice was really helping me to stay grounded, as well as being a perfect form of exercise. I decided to train as a yoga teacher, so that I could help others to discover the benefits.

It was on this journey of body and mind connection, that I began to introduce vegetable juicing and more raw food into my diet. I was amazed by the increase in energy that I experienced!

I now incorporate mindfulness practices, yoga wisdom and juicing into my health coaching, available to anyone looking for a healthier way of being.

I now love my life and have more energy and experience more contentment than ever!

Yes, life still throws its hurdles my way, but I have learnt to manage them better and I have also discovered more about myself on the way.
